Lead Service Stewardess needed for 100M+ private Motoryacht
Viking Crew is looking for a Lead Service Stewardess (2nd Service Stew) for a 100 Metre + private motoryacht.
Candidates should have previous experience as experienced Senior Service Stewardess on 100 Metre + yacht or a 2nd/Lead Service on a 75 Metre + yacht who is ready to take on a larger team and step into a leadership role on a 100M+ private motor yacht. A minimum 3 years of yachting experience, along with a background in land-based hospitality or cruise ships, is required.
The ideal candidate is confident in all aspects of service, including high-end meal service and guest interactions. The role requires strong leadership, team management, organizational skills, training and coaching abilities, computer literacy, inventory and uniform management, housekeeping knowledge is also expected to support the overall interior operations. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for assisting guests during emergency procedures. The candidate must be a proactive leader with a positive approach who leads by example, capable of motivating and organizing a team of 7 at a time while ensuring the highest standards of service. Reports to Head of service.
Qualifications needed: basic 5 part STCW training, Food and Hygiene Certificate Level 2, Valid Seafarers medical, Seaman's Book, International Driver’s License
Package on offer: EUR salary - 4/2 rotation (depending on vessel operations)
No visible tattoos in uniform - fluent English speaker - Non-smoker
Start date: 15th April in Europe (Schengen visa needed if applicable)
