Japanese Speaking Sales Associates Required to Join a Retail Operator at Sea
A well-established retail concessionaire at sea is currently seeking Japanese-speaking sales associates.
The successful candidate will be the key source of jewellery knowledge to our guests, and with their relatable and magnetic personality will help guests find something they love. They will strive for sales targets that are set by the company, and ensure that guest accounts are verified and charged correctly. Other responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness of the shop, auditing inventories and stock against reports, and assisting in guest service and administration duties, amongst others.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, with a willingness to learn, a great personality and a drive to succeed!
A minimum of 1 year retail sales experience on land is required, though experience onboard cruise ships would be an advantage. Fine jewellery experience is preferred.
Salary in US Dollars, paid whilst onboard. The rotation is 6 months on, 2 months off. Shared cabin.
Language skills required: Japanese, English.
