Viking Crew are looking for a Sole Chef to join a 40M+ Motor Yacht.

Start date: 20th February
Location: Joining in Mexico - 
Package on offer: USD salary, time for time rotation

Requirements-

• Valid STCW, ENG1 and B1/B2 Visa
• Experienced Chef who has worked on similar sized vessels previously
• Candidate should hold strong provisioning and menu planning skills
• Must be able to maintain galley whilst also delivering high quality meals
• Background cooking Asian, Australian and preparing Seafood is preferred
• European culinary background would be a bonus
