This role involves assisting the Senior Chefs in delivering exceptional meals, maintaining galley cleanliness, and managing food safety standards. Requirements:

- Previous Sous Chef experience, preferably in yachting or luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership, organisational skills, and food safety knowledge.
- Pastry and bread baking experience is a bonus!
