A leading fine jewellery brand in cruise retail with over 100 boutiques on 8 cruise lines globally, EFFY Jewellery is seeking charismatic individuals for exciting shipboard roles including:
Sales Associates, Brand Ambassadors, Port Shopping Experts and Boutique Managers!
Be part of a motivated and inspiring team focused on growth, development, and career success. As this is a shipboard position, it requires living and working on a luxury cruise ship for a minimum of 6 months. You'll travel to stunning global destinations all while earning a competitive salary.
Ideal candidates are professional, engaging, and goal-oriented, with strong communication and presentation skills. Experience in sales, especially jewellery, is a plus but not required. We welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds such as actors, performers, tour guides, hospitality professionals, real estate agents, and more!
You should be:
- Comfortable speaking in front of large audiences and have strong presentation skills on microphone: public speaking skills a must
- Professional & engaging
- Self-Driven, Goal Oriented and motivated to make $$$$
- Strong on communication skills, ability to take feedback and a great team ethic
- Strong customer focus and dedication to customer retention
- Always ready to adapt to change, improvise, innovate and take initiative
- Fluency in multiple languages is a bonus, a strong command of English is essential
