The Gig: The Sous Chef is someone to provide a fantastic dining experience onboard by supervising and managing the entire galley.
Candidates need to maintain and produce a high level in food quality and standards for our Sailors. Adhere and monitor the HACCP and USPH rules and regulations. Monitor portion control and conduct spot checks, storeroom inspections, as well as assist in preparation and implementation for work rotas for their team.
Rotation: 5 months on 2 months off.
Salary: Paid in USD whilst on board.
Valid Basic Safety Training, Security Awareness, Crowd Management, and C1-D Visa are required.
