The Gig: The Executive Sous Chef is responsible for the day to day operations of the culinary team.
Candidates need to assist with food planning, preparation and quality control. Monitor the cost of food production, ensuring set budgets are achieved and maintained.
Rotation: 4 months on 2 months off.
Salary: Paid in USD whilst on board.
Valid Basic Safety Training, Security Awareness, Crowd Management, HACCP, USPH, SMS and C1-D Visa are required.
