The Gig: The Executive Chef is responsible for providing leadership and support for the Scarlet Lady's onboard culinary operation.
Candidates need to know how to Make Ship Delicious, with excellent attention to detail and high level of food standards, whilst monitor portion control and conduct spot checks.
Rotation: 4 months on 2 months off.
Salary: Paid in USD whilst on board.
Valid Basic Safety Training, Security Awareness, Crowd Management, HACCP, USPH and C1-D Visa are required.
