The Gig: The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring the most memorable dining experience is delivered.
Candidates need to lead, train and motivate the restaurant crew, maintain a complete knowledge of all menu items, cooing methods and beverage selections. Responsible for supervision, leadership and support to all the restaurant team.
Rotation: 6 months on 2 months off.
Salary: Paid in USD whilst on board.
Valid Basic Safety Training, Security Awareness, Crowd Management and C1-D Visa are required.
