Manager Restaurant Services required to join Windstar Cruises

We are looking for an Experienced  Manager Restaurant Services  to join Windstar Cruises.

Summary: Supervise all food and beverage service functions in the Amphora, Cuadro 44 (if applicable), Stella Bistro (if applicable), Candles, Star Grill (if applicable), Room Service and Crew/Officers Mess. Ensuring that daily programs are followed and all special events are manned and set-ups completed in time. The Manager Restaurant Services has a great task managing his team 
as well as ensuring in exceeding guest expectations. The decisions they make impact the overall experience of both guests and crew alike and therefor need to be made in clear and concise measures, whilst always focusing on the business and success. In order to consistently exceed guest expectations and provide the highest levels of product and services, additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Candidates need to have a minimum of 3 years leadership experience in the hospitality industry, Previous Cruise ship experience and extensive knowledge of USPH and Sanitation protocols.

The position will be working 4 months on 2 months off.

Salary is paid in USD whilst on board.

Valid Basic Safety training, Designated Security Duties, PSCRB and C1D Visa are required.
